We offer private lessons or semi-private lessons.

In our semi-private lessons, you can gather 2 or 3 friends to join you. Contact us to find out about the fee structure.

Private lessons are great for those who want to learn a particular skill not taught in a group class or for those who just want to spend more time refining a skill. Anyone, regardless of skill level, can benefit from private lessons.

Adults can schedule private lessons too!

If you are looking for an energizing field trip or a series of fun-filled gymnastics/fitness classes, look no further!

We have extensive experience in school programs of all kinds. Each class or series of classes is customized to suit your needs and support your curriculum. Participation is encouraged through fun games and interactive circuits.

We run gymnastics program in childcare centres, kindergartens and clubs.

Alpha Gymnastics can be rented out for private events and parties.

Cheerleaders, dancers and martial artists will find the space a safe and conducive place to practise the more demanding skills, especially those where inversion is involved! For example, skills such as the front and back tucks, and other skills requiring aerial rotation, are best taught and practised on softer and more forgiving surface.

We are equip with all Gymnastics apparatus and spring floor measuring at 13.1m by 7.5m.
