To Howard, Joel, Dosmond, and all the admin angels at the counter, it’s been only 15 mths since I joined Alpha and I’ve actually done way more than I thought I could achieve. I dreamed of doing RO BHS but never dared to – for a long time. Now, I can with your instructions & spotting. I could never do front tuck or front HS without a mat. Now, I can. Even on days when my physical form is bad, it is still better than before joining you guys. Thanks and keep up the good work. And to Joel, today’s session was superb!

Alpha Gymnastics Club conducts a wide range of gymnastics classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes have been professionally design to provide strong gymnastics foundation to develop strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
